We do not directly handle payment data, nor do we collect or store information related to debit or credit cards, bank accounts, or other user financial data. This data is handled exclusively by the payment platforms, which comply with the highest corresponding security standards. Likewise, in the case of payments made via bank transfer, we do not collect or store any transaction-related data, as these are processed directly between the user and the banking entity.

  • Artists and Private Service Providers in Performing Arts or Related Fields: In the case of a booking, we share only the strictly necessary information to execute the intermediation of our Service for your event with the participating artist(s) and collaborating provider(s).
  • Restaurants and Activity Organizers or Managers: In the case of a booking, we share only the strictly necessary information to execute the intermediation of our Service with the manager of the booked activity. In the case of events including meals, dinners, or other complementary services, we may share the necessary information with restaurants or collaborators involved in the event.
    Please note that your data will never be shared with third parties, except in a limited manner with the above in the case of a booking.

We take appropriate security measures, such as data encryption and the use of trusted providers, to protect your personal data. When data is transferred to the United States or other countries outside your country of residence to provide our service, we use providers that implement standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms, in accordance with applicable local and international regulations.
